Brad Smith and the No. 26 Koolmat.com Ford team didn’t have the best luck Friday night at Toledo, spinning early in the race and sustaining heavy damage to the front of the car.
While the car stayed on track for a little while after the incident, a hole in the radiator caused the car to begin overheating.

As the team plans to race the same car again Monday at DuQuoin, the decision was made to take the car behind the wall, hoping to avoid further damage.

Brad was able to salvage a 29th-place finish.
